This department consists of competent portfolio managers with more than 30 years experience in the professional management and administration of Community Schemes and Home Owners Associations. We provide a comprehensive and tailored property management service to all our clients.

We are fully registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board (“EAAB”), the National Association of Managing Agents (“NAMA”) and the council for Debt Collectors.     • Billing and distribution of owner levy statements by email or post
    • Collection of levies and monthly charges
    • Liaising with attorneys appointed to manage legal collections
  2. Financial Management:
    • Payment and accounting for approved expenses, including salaries/wages, municipal accounts, and contractors
    • Preparation of the Annual Budget of Income and Expenditure
    • Monthly financial reporting, arrears and credit control, investment account and bank statement(s)
    • Annual audit preparation
  3. Administration and Advisory Services:
    • Preparation of meetings and circulation of notices, minutes, and circulars
    • Technology-driven online or in person meetings can be organized and facilitated for Trustees and other parties, meeting the requirement of the client
    • Arranging and attending to Board meetings, Annual General Meeting and General Meetings
    • New property registrations and Clearance Certificates
    • Communicating and attending to maintenance and contractors
    • Attending to registration of Insurance claims. We make use of fully accredited brokers, who are qualified to make a needs assessment and provide recommendations and advice to our clients.
