The company was established in 2006 by David Avery, the Chairman of the company.
In 2011 Pieter van Heerden became a Director, merging his company, Key Realty with Primo Properties.
Sherry Brown joined the company in 2020 as a Director, after previously serving as a Director on the Board of another prominent property company.
The shareholding of the company is held by the Directors as well as partly by an outside company, represented by Mr Max Mervitz (Chartered Accountant).
